I agree that by submitting this RSVP and attending or participating in the “Gallery Desert House” event (the “Event”) in California, that: (a) VaynerStudios, LLC d/b/a Gallery Media Group, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and each of their owners, directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, clients and licensees (collectively, “Gallery”), any authorized Event sponsors, and any and all press/media outlets are permitted to: (1) photograph, video, sound record and/or otherwise capture my attendance at, or participation in, the Event(s) (the results and proceeds thereof, collectively, the “Event Content”); (2) use my name (as submitted with this RSVP and/or any professional and/or stage name, if applicable), image, likeness, voice, quotes, persona, biographical information, social media name(s) / handle(s) (collectively, my “Likeness”) as it appears in Event Content, and/or separately in connection with the Event(s), and (3) re-post and/or otherwise use any content that I may post to my social media handle(s) related to the Event(s), Gallery, or any authorized Event sponsors, in each case, edited/altered as Gallery (and authorized Event sponsors) sees fit, in whole or in part, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, anywhere in the world, irrevocably and in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever (including all commercial, promotional, syndication and marketing purposes for the benefit of Gallery ,the Event, and Event sponsors); (b) I will not use content that I capture at the Event (including but not limited to photos, video and/or audio) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Gallery; and (c) I will follow the instructions of Gallery and Event staff and only access the permitted area(s) at the Event(s). I understand this invitation is personal, non-transferable and is revocable up to and during the Event(s), at the sole discretion of Gallery. 

 I hereby release Gallery and any authorized Event sponsors from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses and other liability, including, but not limited to, liability related to: (a) the use of Event Content, including, without limitation, any claims based on libel, the right of publicity, the right of privacy or the commercial appropriation or use of name or likeness; (b) personal injuries or death, and any damage to persons and property, which may be sustained or incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of invite or other access to the Event, or while traveling to, preparing for, attending and/or participating in the Event and/or any related hospitality activity; and (c) any losses incurred (including, but not limited to, travel expenses to and from the Event) as a result of a change in the Event date, time, location, or cancelation of the Event, whether or not such change in the Event is caused by force majeure or the acts of third parties. 

 I represent that I am at least 21 years of age, and I understand anyone under the age of 21 may not enter the Event.

By submitting this RSVP, I agree that Gallery or authorized Event sponsors may contact me for marketing and promotional purposes.  Information submitted through this form is subject to our Privacy Policy.  I understand that I may submit a request to Gallery related to its use or sharing of my information HERE.
